Coop-to-Coop Payments

QuickPay is a popup button we designed on BuyCoop that allows cooperative purchasers to make direct QR payments using CoopPay and Lightning wallets.

Each cooperative purchaser is shown the cooperative supplier’s own Lightning QR, so payment is made directly—no platform in between. At the same time, each payment contributes to a procurement run, allowing cooperatives to aggregate demand, execute at scale, and strengthen direct cooperative-to-cooperative trade without platform dependency.

Cooperative Use Case

CoopPay-to-CoopPay payments are zero-fee and run on Lightning addresses, not anonymous QR endpoints. When manilacoop@isle.ph sends to baguiocoop@isle.ph, the sender is immediately known and attributable. Identity travels with the payment.

There are no unknown counterparties, no detached references, and no need to reconcile who paid. Each transaction is direct, visible, and traceable—by design.
